Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Perth - our accommodation - is also on a regular bus route into the city centre.
The location of our guest house is perfect for your visit to Perth and its many attractions, or for exploring the wonderful Scottish countryside within easy reach.
Offering a very warm Scottish [and Irish] welcome, we are Sandy and Connie Brooks - experienced guest house owners with an excellent reputation for making guests feel at home.
There is ample off street parking for guests, and we have plenty of parking spaces to the rear of the house if required. Parking at the rear is locked and secure, with security lighting - ideal for motorbikes.
Our guest lounge offers a spacious and comfortable place in which to relax, chat, or watch Sky television or a DVD. There is also a music centre, radio, internet and fax facilities and a public telephone.
The house is strictly non-smoking and all bedrooms are smoke-free.
We now offer wireless 'WiFi' internet access - free of charge. This is ideal for our guests with laptop computers.
